Email Router Configuration Settings for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
Here i am going to configure Email Router using Yahoo mail server settings. You can configure with any of the mail servers like Gmail , Hotmail etc.
Click New à Name to Profile as Incoming and follow the selected Options
In Advanced tab , write the network port
Go to Deployment Tab and follow the image
In CRM go to Settings ==> Administration ==> Users ==> Open User
Set the email Access Configuration and Queue information is as follows.
Click on Queue item selected in Default Queue Lookup follow the image and click Approve Email à Save & Close
In Users,Queues and Forward Mailboxes à Click Load Data
Your Queue and User will be loaded as follows and check the following information and click Test Access
Now Email Router Configured successfully
